I can see why they would want to charge you a fee for it, after all, you are taking up their space eating your own food and not ordering it off of the menu. I know the feeling all too well! It seems owners goto all the trouble of creating an amazing and inviting atmosphere, only to ruin it with distasteful service and sneaky antics..
